Last Thursday, I woke up with a bad headache, sore throat, aching shoulders and lower back. I had not been sick for a long time, and I knew that it was emotional stress that knocked my immune system out of balance this time.
Fortunately, by noon the next day, I was already feeling much better. By late afternoon, I was about 80-90% recovered. I knew because I could make dinners like usual, with joy and ease, rather than ache and pain from head to toe.
Natural Remedies For Colds
Here is what I used.
In the mornings, drink a glass of warm water with a drop of Lemon essential oil, a drop of On Guard essential oil, and some fresh lemon juice.
During the day, diffuse On Guard and Oregano all day long.
